2. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun. This includes:

  • Initial consultation and requirements gathering
  • Design mockups and approval
  • Development and configuration work
  • Testing and deployment

3. Subscription Services

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. However:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing period

4. Service Level Guarantees

If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime SLA, you may be eligible for service credits:

  • 99.0% - 99.9% uptime: 10% credit
  • 95.0% - 99.0% uptime: 25% credit
  • Below 95% uptime: 50% credit

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the billing period
  • You can export your data before the account closes
  • No further charges will be applied

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Technical issues that prevent service delivery
  • Service not provided as described
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Force majeure events

7. How to Request a Refund

8. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
